It is so easy to get caught up in everyday life and to forget to take time out of your day to just simply breathe. As the hours go from morning, to noon, too night we start feeling less accomplished by everything we didn’t do as opposed to everything that we did. In moments of weakness when we are feeling anxiety or stressed take 1 minute out of your day to practice this breathe-work practice.
Breathing Technique when you are feeling Anxious or Stressed:
Practice This Breathe Work For 1 Minute, This Will Change Your Vibrational Energy, Close Your Eyes:
✨Breathe in for 5 Seconds
✨Hold for 5 Seconds
✨Release Your Breathe For 5 Seconds
✨Repeat for one minute
During your time breathing you will start to feel your shoulders lowering, your mind slowing down, your heartbeat (no longer popping out of your chest) slowing down, and calmness move over your body.
When you are complete with the practice open your eyes and let your shoulders release. You did great! Now let’s move on with our day remember ALL the amazing things you have accomplished, which could be as simple as just getting out of bed today.
